Tasks:

• Develop project plans and timelines for property improvement projects
• Collaborate with property management and maintenance staff to identify improvement opportunities
• Obtain quotes and bids from contractors and vendors
• Monitor project progress and ensure that work is completed within budget and timeline
• Ensure that all work is completed in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project expenses and timelines

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
• Proven experience in property improvement project management or a related field
• Strong knowledge of property improvement principles, policies, and procedures
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
