Tanveer founded Montazzo in 2021 after years running lead gen and sourcing for US recruiting firms. The pattern was always the same. Great recruiters drowning in sourcing, offloading to offshore vendors who didn't know the craft and delivered junk.

Every Montazzo decision answers one question: does this help the client actually hire? Per-role pricing, sourcers with recruiting backgrounds, AI tools in the base price, role-swap clause.

Today Montazzo works exclusively with US recruiting agencies. Registered in New York with operations in Jaipur, India.
