Why isn't pricing on the page?+
Because cost depends on the role (sourcer vs recruiter), the vertical, role complexity, and engagement length. The 15-minute fit call gives us enough to send a fixed monthly quote in writing within 24 hours. No surprises after.
How is this different from a marketplace freelancer?+
They're not freelancers. They're part of our team, trained on our standards, managed by us. If yours underperforms or leaves, we transition you to another within 5 business days and absorb the ramp. PTO coverage is on us. You don't carry HR or performance management for an offshore contractor.
Can I meet them before onboarding?+
Yes. We send their profile and vertical experience first. You do a 15-minute intro call. If the fit isn't right, we match another at no cost.
Sourcer vs recruiter, how do I pick?+
Sourcer if you have recruiters who can take a warm candidate and run the full cycle. Recruiter if you need someone to own the whole req end-to-end. On the call we'll recommend based on your team structure.
What hours do they work?+
Your hours, with overlap. Live coverage typically 8am–1pm PT or your equivalent. Async work continues the rest of the day. Daily status updates every morning.
